The draft will take place in Cleveland, Ohio, with teams making their selections remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic. Round 2 is scheduled to last five minutes per pick, while round 3 will have four-minute selections.

With the first pick of the third round, the Arizona Cardinals selected Boise State linebacker, Curtis Weaver.
With the second pick of the third round, the Indianapolis Colts took Auburn defensive tackle, Derrick Brown.
The third pick saw strategic maneuvering as the Buffalo Bills traded up to take Oklahoma receiver, CeeDee Lamb. The Bills gave up their 3rd round pick (86th overall), as well as their 4th and 7th round picks to move up and take Lamb.
