Solar Ash Luminous Peak Voidrunner Stashes: How to Unlock Tufte’s Suit

The Tufte suit is one of the rarest in-game items that can be unlocked by players. It is a unique piece of equipment with special properties like invisibility, increasing movement speed and allowing you to see enemy outlines through walls. This guide will help players find this elusive item, unlock it and get some sweet bragging rights!

Six Voidrunner stashes may be found in the last section of Solar Ash, Luminous Peak. Tufte’s suit, Shepherd’s Calling, is the only one with an active ability, and collecting them all rewards him with it. You may use your multitool scanner with this outfit to not only detect anomalies, but also to highlight any Voidrunner items you may have overlooked.

This Solar Ash tutorial will teach you how to locate the Voidrunner stashes in Luminous Peak and get Tufte’s outfit. 

Finding the locations for them, like the other cache items in Solar Ash, will contribute to your total for the Reliquarian trophy/achievement. If you don’t already have it, the trophy or achievement for Hobbyist Archaeologist will be awarded if you obtain the first one here.

How to Unlock Tufte’s Suit in Solar Ash with Luminous Peak Voidrunner Stash

Luminous Peak is a difficult level since it is one of the most linear in the game. The danger zones here are lava rather than acid. If you even get close to touching the lava, you’ll be sent back to a checkpoint with one fewer health.

With blind leaps, extended high-speed portions, and more mind-bending viewpoint alterations, this is the game’s most accurate platforming. So be cautious as you search these Voidrunner hideouts for Tufte’s suit.

Stash 1 Luminous Peak Voidrunner

Early in the level, you’ll come upon the first Voidrunner cache. The first thing you’ll notice is a red spore door.

Continue straight until you come upon a Voidrunner emblem pointing left.

Follow the cliff face up until you reach muck that can be climbed.

Ascend the platform and follow it over two chasms. At the end of the trail is the Voidrunner cache.

Suit Stash 2 by Tufte

Continue through this section of Luminous Peak (for the time being, there is just one way) until you reach a lava cave.

Take a right and continue the trail up the climbable muck to obtain the collectable at the other end. Continue climbing, staying left after passing through the muck and through a red fungal spore.

You’ll eventually come to a halt. On the cliffside, you’ll see the Voidrunner emblem.

Climb down and around the final piece of muck until you can drop into the cave with the loot.

Suit Stash 3 by Tufte

Make your way back to the cave checkpoint and around to the red spore vent. If you haven’t previously, activate it and grind your way down to the floating island with the enormous chimney. A ruin there has a Voidrunner insignia.

There will be a big fungal formation there that will propel you into the air if you touch it. Use it to shoot yourself over the island’s ruin and land on top of it. There is a collectable there. 

After the boss encounter with the Remnant, the fungal structure is absent in my game. If you don’t get this Voidrunner stash, you could lose out.

The Suit Stash of Tufte 4

Continue through Cyd and up until you reach a massive, hollow tower in Luminous Peakl. It’s up to you to get into it.

Early on, you’ll come across a red spore vent, but keep going. After jumping over two minor gaps, look around to see the red fungal growth that you may trigger.

To make a tentacle, carry the red spores to the vent.

To get to this Luminous Peak Voidrunner cache, you’ll have to work your way up.

The Suit Stash of Tufte 5

Following a straight course across the level after the tower, you’ll ultimately pass beneath arches with red crystal keystones. You’ll come to a checkpoint with a plasma-filled road to the left. Accept it.

Continue on to find the Voidrunner’s hoard out in the open, protected by ground spikes.

Continue beyond the stockpile and to the end of the route. To clear the ground of spikes and grab the cache, hit the anomaly growth, which is your fifth in Luminous Peak.

Tufte’s Suit Collection 6

Before receiving Tufte’s outfit, this is the final Voidrunner collectable.

Your route stays linear, finally heading up to a lava globe through a lengthy tentacle. Continue along the path until you reach a vast area teeming with foes. The stockpile is just near the checkpoint, but it is guarded by snipers.

A plasma trail may be seen heading away from the checkpoint. Follow it until you reach a spot where you can grapple. Take it all the way up to the sludge that can be climbed and beat the first sniper.

Climb to the top of the column and claw your way over to more sludge until you can’t go any farther. Another grappling point will send you around the floating structure.

Because the leap is rather blind, grapple and take out the sniper once you feel like you’ve made it around the wall.

Grip the high column twice and grasp onto the climbable sludge, evading the sniper until it’s within range of your strikes.

Collect the last cache to unlock Tufte’s suit, Shepherd’s Calling, after all of the adversaries have been defeated.
