The Jagged Alliance series is a classic turn-based strategy game that has been around for over two decades. It’s still as fun as ever, and now it’s finally coming to PC after being released on consoles last year.

The Jagged Alliance community has been front of mind throughout the production process, according to one of the developers, with team members studying what fans enjoy most about the franchise. The team set out to create an entry that allows for greater “freedom of exploration” by making quests and objectives more dynamic and less “Go from A to B.”
There will be a quest log, and it seems that fulfilling sub-missions will be more organic this time, with the creators mentioning the potential to discover mission clues in a non-linear framework, as well as decisions affecting regions and militias throughout the game. There will also be a “dynamic weather day/night cycle” to add to the variety of missions.
With lots of weapon upgrades and alterations available, loot and salvage will be crucial components. Players will utilize them, along with mercenaries, to command troops throughout Grand Chien’s diverse terrain, which includes deserts, marshes, estates, military complexes, and more.
